Returns:

• You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.

• To start a return, contact us at info@sellaxy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.
